ValorCTQ (Critical to Quality) is our proprietary work process management tool. Specifically designed to manage projects from order to delivery. The ValorCTQ system is currently under development and will be available soon. ValorCTQ is a set of tools and strategies designed and implemented for enterprise wide process improvement to advance our manufacturing process and eliminate defects. A defect is defined as any process output that does not meet management and/or customer specifications, or that could lead to creating an output that does not meet customer specifications.
